Gazi's Krem Kaymak is a dairy product with 23% fat made of cow's milk. After the milking, the milk is first heated, and the resulting top layer of cream is then skimmed off in several steps. It's a layered cream and has been traditionally used as an accompaniment for desserts or as a bread spread with honey on top of it. But it's also excellent for refining sauces as well.
