USES:Hatton Hill Organic’s sun-dried black and white mulberries can be added to granola or trail mix for a spot of extra-fruity flavour (they pair particularly well with nuts, other dried berries and coconut) and can also be used in baked goods such as cookies, cakes and pies. They can be mixed into yoghurt, sorbets, ice cream, smoothies and juices, and used in baked goods and desserts. And as if that weren’t enough, they can also be added to green or herbal tea, providing a hint of sugar-free sweetness, and even made into jams. Or you can do what we do – just eat them straight out of the bag!
